The North Shore Community Association (NSCA) Is a non-profit regional organization dedicated to serving, representing, and instilling pride in the English-speaking community of Quebec’s North Shore. Our aim is to empower residents and to strengthen the community across the region by working to make information and resources available, by facilitating community initiatives, by encouraging and improving communication, by promoting access to services, by developing partnerships and by increasing the visibility of the English-speaking community. Together, we are building a vital, informed and strong community.
La North Shore Community Association (NSCA) est un organisme à but non lucratif voué à servir, à représenter et à inspirer la fierté de la communauté d’expression anglaise qui habite la Côte-Nord. Elle a pour but d’habiliter les résidents de la Côte-Nord en assurant la disponibilité des ressources, en appuyant les initiatives communautaires, en favorisant et en améliorant la communication, en établissant des partenariats, en promouvant l’accès aux services et en améliorant la visibilité de la communauté d’expression anglaise. Ensemble, nous construisons une communauté vitale, informée et forte.
This Health Passport App is designed to help you and your family keep track of
essential health information. It also puts helpful words and phrases in French at your fingertips
when you go to clinic or an emergency.
Cette application de Passeport Santé est faite pour vous aider, vous et votre famille, à
suivre l'information essentielle sur la santé. Elle vous permet aussi d'avoir sous la main
des mots et expressions utiles en français quand vous allez à la clinique ou à l'urgence.
This electronic version of the Health Passport App has happened thanks to the collaboration of a
